We started building this for one school.It turned out every school needed it.

SchoolManagerUganda was built to solve a growing challenge faced by educational institutions: managing multiple schools efficiently while maintaining consistency, visibility, and control.

The platform provides a centralised ecosystem where school owners, administrators, teachers, parents, and students can interact seamlessly. Just as a nest provides a safe and organised home, SchoolManagerUganda serves as the digital home for modern schools.

Started With One School

SchoolManagerUganda began as a custom system built for a single school in Kampala, replacing paper registers and hand-typed report cards.

Schools Got Their Own Portals

We opened up self-service sign-up so any school could get its own branded portal — subdomain, logo, theme — in minutes.

UNEB Engine & Growing

We launched native grading for PLE, UCE, and UACE, and dozens of schools across Uganda now run on SchoolManagerUganda.
